FURNITURE & FURNISHINGS FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS ensure that furnishings, sofas, beds etc comply with the necessary safety regulations.

LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT 1985 Section 11

In which the landlord is required to keep the structure and exterior of the property in repair. It also requires the landlord to keep in repair and proper working order installations for supply of water, gas, electricity , sanitation, space and water heating.
