Reservation Procedure

A Student property can be reserved by placing a "Holding Deposit"* and completing a Personal Details Application Form. This deposit* will cover the RM Accommodation Administration Charge for processing the tenancy application.
You will receive the Tenancy Agreement which should be returned to our office within 7 days of receipt duly signed by ALL parties. Unless there are legitimate circumstances, should the agreement not be returned within 7 days the holding deposit may be forfeited and the property remarketed.
A Character reference and a Guarantor undertaking will be required within this period from each student together with a completed Standing Order Mandate for the rent payers bank (provided by RM Accommodation)
The Dilapidation Bond due will be equal to one months rent. Payment of this will be required with the return of the signed Agreement. The first month rent will need to be paid prior to the commencement of the tenancy and before keys can be given out.
Your Bond will be held for the duration of your tenancy and is refundable following the expiry of the tenancy subject to your compliance with the terms of the tenancy agreement particularly with regard to cleaning, maintenance and repair.
*Bonds are registered in the insured tenancy deposit scheme
